Terms of service.

Registration

Programs, camps and tryouts are registered through PlayMetrics; the registration you complete there, including its waiver and medical information, governs participation. Sessions are confirmed by email with the coach; a confirmed session is a booking.

Monthly academies

Elite Technique Academy and Finishing Masterclass bill monthly, four sessions a month, prorated in the month you join. Cancellations must be sent by email by the 15th of the month to take effect the following month; cancellations received after the 15th take effect the next billing cycle. A missed week may be made up by attending two sessions the following week. Some dates move to avoid holidays.

Camps and blocks

A camp week or block cancelled before it starts is refunded in full. Missed days within a week are not refunded. Where a program does not reach the numbers to run, every registrant is refunded in full.

Sessions

Rates are confirmed before payment. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged; a session we cancel is rebooked or refunded.

Weather and safety

Lightning stops play. Coaches may stop or shorten a session for safety. Players must have appropriate footwear and shin guards.

Conduct

Players, parents and coaches treat each other with respect. We may remove a participant whose conduct puts others at risk, without refund of the current month.

Liability

Soccer carries a risk of injury. By registering you acknowledge that risk and agree to the waiver in the registration platform. Core IDP, LLC maintains insurance for its coaches and programs.
