The method
CORE is not a slogan here. It is the order we work in with every player, whether they come for one session or a whole year.
Assessment first: observation in training or on film, a position profile, a baseline.
The written plan: goals the player can say out loud, and the weekly work behind them.
The reps: weekly academies, sessions and block programs that serve the plan.
The report, the review with player and parents, and the next step on the pathway.
The film
Sixty seconds of what a session looks like: the touches, the coaching, the light going down over the field.
