The staff
Twenty years in coaching, leadership and program development. After moving from Durham, England, Andy built and led two youth soccer organizations in North Carolina, Premier UK and Carolina Velocity FC, each focused on elite player development and a strong, community-driven culture. He designs the programs at Core IDP and leads Next Gen.
Josh grew up in the English academy system (Southampton, Cardiff City, Cheltenham Town, Bath City), played college soccer at Carolina University and Grace College, then returned to England to play non-league for Lancing FC, including the FA Cup. Back in the US he coached at Carolina University and then as an assistant at Division 1 High Point University during back-to-back Big South championships and NCAA Tournament trips, including a 2–0 first-round win over UNC. Eight years of individual training; he founded The Futbol Factory and now leads individual training at Core IDP.
Owen spent time with Sunderland AFC and Carlisle United as a youngster before the college game at Carolina University, where he was team captain and appeared in four NCCAA National Championships. He coached at The Futbol Factory before joining Core IDP.
