What happens next

Write once. Then a real person.

No ticket numbers and no auto-replies. Here is exactly what happens after you press send.

  1. Your note lands with a coach

Session and booking questions go to Josh Coupar, who runs individual training. Next Gen and program questions go to Andy Thompson. Nothing sits in a shared inbox.

  2. A reply within one business day

You get an email from the coach with the answer, or with two or three session times if you asked to book. Weekend notes are answered on Monday.

  3. You decide

Nothing is charged until you have said yes to a time and a price. If a program is not the right fit, the coach says so and points you to what is.

Other ways to reach us

Prefer not to fill in a form?

Book a session
The booking page asks the three things a coach needs: the player's age, what to work on, and the days that work.
Start a plan
The plan form asks for position, club and whether we should watch in person or on film.
Schools
Heads of school and athletic directors: the schools page has its own form and the documentation list.
Financial aid
Cost should never be the reason. Read how aid works before you write; it is a normal question here.
Getting to Phillips Park
Phillips Park Soccer Complex is off Hedgecock Road in north High Point, ten minutes from I-74 and fifteen from downtown Greensboro. Park in the main lot; the training fields are the lit turf pitches nearest the entrance.
Spanish
Every page of this site is available en español, and you can write to us in Spanish.
