Who we are

Core IDP, LLC ("IDP", "we") runs coreidp.com and the programs described on it. Contact: josh.coupar@coreidp.com, 550 Hedgecock Road, High Point, NC 27265.

What we collect

Forms. When you send a form we receive what you typed: your name, phone, email, the player's birth year, position and club where you gave them, the school where relevant, and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from and the language. We use it to reply, to set up sessions, plans, applications and programs, and to send the dates you asked for. Submissions are stored in our own systems and emailed to the coach responsible.

Registration and payment. Program registration and payment run through PlayMetrics, and some session bookings through a coach's booking page. Those services have their own privacy policies and we do not see your card details.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are used. It sets cookies only if you accept the notice, and you can decline at any time. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Children

Our programs are for minors, and the forms on this site are written for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site; a parent or guardian completes every form and every registration.

Photos and video

We photograph and film sessions, camps and events for coaching (film review is part of the Individual Development Plan) and, with consent given at registration, for this site and our social channels. Ask us to remove any image of your player and we will.

Your choices

Email josh.coupar@coreidp.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your player, or to stop emails. We reply within one business day.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
